Headlight-ECU tester

When LED headlights are used in cars today, each headlight is operated by its own control unit, which individually regulates and monitors the numerous LEDs in the headlight.

We have developed an ECU tester for various LED headlight ECUs. It can record and evaluate the data stream between the ECU and the headlight and transmit it to a HIL.

In addition to numerous mainpulation, emulation and trigger functions, it provides numerous other measurement and generator functions.

For the control and data visualization we developed a Qt based program and further implemented a CANoe integration using CAPL scripts and C# based user controls.
