Flash file system

Description

Most microcontroller including some flash memory to store their programm and some user data. But flash memory have restrictions of write access count per memory cell and therefore a reduced life time.

To increase the life time for highly frequented write accesses one technique is to spread flash memory write accesses over a greater flash range like a file system. So write accesses to the same memory cell are minimized.

For an embedded system we developed such a flash file system.
